Garwood's Congressman to Vote NO on Healthcare Reform BillPresident Obama's healthcare reform bill is expected to be voted on this weekend.
Congressman Leonard Lance says he will be voting no on the reform bill. He joins every other Republican, and some Democrats, in the House.
But, according to a National Journal review of elected officials, Lance is one of the more liberal Republicans and could have been instrumental in crafting a bi-partisan reform package.
