Garwood is an 'Up-and-Coming-Town'

Needs revitalization?
The owner of the new Parti-licoius store on North Avenue in Downtown recently made some comments about the borough of Garwood in a recent article on nj.com. In the story the owner Claudia Avans says of the Industrial Center of Union County: it's an "up and coming town and has lots of potential.” She went on to say she found the community welcoming and the borough’s building department extremely helpful and accommodating. She then said Garwood “needs revitalization. It is on the right path and looks to have a promising future.”

Parti-licious recently opened at 340 North Avenue, one of many new business to move into Garwood in recent months.
