3 Southside Garwood Homes Sold in October
October saw 3 homes sold on the Southside of Garwood, according to a posting on the Tower Broker website. 202 Willow Avenue, 543 Myrtle Avenue and 237 Locust Avenue each have new owners, according to the site. The average sale price was $232,000. No homes were sold on the Northside of town in October, the site says.
