Garwood Throws in the Towel on Westfield Townhouse Fight

We surrender!

After considering the up-hill battle with Westfield, Garwood officials drop plans to challenge a new townhome development planned for the Westfield side of Myrtle Avenue.
At a recent meeting, after a 30-minute executive session, Borough Attorney Joseph Renaud announced that the council, on his advisement, will bow out from the fight according to a report on the Clark-Garwood Patch.
