Two Garwood Homes Sold: Rounding Out a Rough Year in Local Real Estate
The borough's real estate market is slowly starting to turn around after about two years of taking a beating, and to help cap off a pretty bad year two homes sold in the last week of 2011, according to real estate records. The two houses located in the Northside of the borough were a Cape Cod at 227 4th Avenue and a Colonial at 513 3rd Avenue. The list was compiled by the Clark-Garwood Patch.
