November Race Pits Dems against GOPers for Majority in Garwood
Two borough council seats will be up for grabs come November. Currently the six member Garwood council is split with three Democrats and three Republicans. The seat of Mayor is held by Republican Patricia Quattrocchi. Election day is November 8th.
