Looking Back: Garwood Embarks on Street Reconstruction Project in 2001
Back on April 12, 2001 the Cranford Chronicle published a story about a reconstruction project in the borough. The Council approved the $125,000 bond ordinance to reconstruct sections of Oak Street, West Street, and Cedar Street.
Looking Back will be a monthly series in 2011 and will include historical newspaper snippets from Garwood's paper of record- the Cranford Chronicle.
