Mayor Q: Don't Hold Your Breath Waiting for G'wood Athletic Field
Mayor Quattrocchi has expressed doubt as to whether a new, much anticipated, athletic field complex at the Little League Park will be built in the near future, according to a report in the Westfield Leader. Speaking to Little League organizers the Mayor said the Little League Park should be prepped for its April season despite extensive plans to rip up and redo the whole park. The Mayor also said that there are still unanswered questions about the project. No bids have been put out for the project yet, according to the report.
