Forum: Garwood Real Estate Listing from May was Old, Error Filled
A poster to the Garwood Forum at nj.com says a Yahoo Real Estate Listing from May 2010, featuring a property he/she owned, was old and should have been removed from the real estate listing service online. The poster says the home sold in December 2009.
Yahoo still has 343 South Avenue as an active listing, unsold for 286 Days.
The APP's home sales search does not have 343's closing date posted on its free-online real estate search.
DOWNTOWN GARWOOD HOME SOLD BACK IN 2009?
FYI: The house was listed with Burgdorff Realty on North Ave Westfield just west of the traffic circle. They merged with Coldwell Banker. Selling agent was Diane Kontra. House closed 12/23/09. The agent and her office were never on top of things like listing accuracy or clean up. Not surprised it was still there on Yahoo. 341 South Ave was on the market and just closed recently through another broker. Online listing are not checked for accuracy. They just sit there.
