Garwood Library Offers Amnesty to Residents
Got overdue library books? Here's your chance to avoid paying fines. The Garwood Free Public Library is holding a week long "amnesty" initiative. Return any overdue item during the week of Monday April 16th and you will not be fined, no mater how overdue the item, library staff say. The library says no questions will be asked at all, they just want their material back.
