The home near the Cranford border spent 63 days on the market and was originally listed at $379,000, according to MLS information available on the site. The sale was the only one recorded in the month of August on the Northside of town. 2 homes sold on the Southside in August, the site says.

theres a house in foreclosure corner of 600 block myrtle, maybe one can pick it up for $250-275,000 w/mortgage;, (it has 220,000 mortgage due). Just built new year to year and a half ago. Don't know what happened to the family.
