Garwood Mayor: Hold-Off on Water Rate Hike
Garwood's Mayor joined other New Jersey officials and residents in barking at the New Jersey American Water Company over its proposed rate increase. Garwood Mayor Dennis McCarthy suggested the water company hold-off on a rate increase until the economy improves, according to a report on the Chatham Patch.
