Crash a Party Garwood

Garwood Citizenry has Numerous Options for July 4 Fun

Cranford
A full day of activities begins with canoe races at the Canoe Club at 8 a.m. The Firecracker Fun Run will take place in Nomahegan Park at 9 a.m., with a bicycle decorating
contest (1:30), egg toss (2:00) and races (2:30) following. Fireworks will begin around dusk in the

Roselle Park
From 6pm-11pm on July 1-4, a carnival will be held in front of Roselle Park High School on West Webster Ave., featuring live music, food, venders and free rides and games for children. Fireworks will be held at the high school athletic fields on July 4 beginning at 9:15 p.m. Details: www.rpcarnival.com.

Mountainside
Fireworks shown at Our Lady of Lourdes, 300 Central Ave., Mountainside. Show
to start at dusk. Gates open at 8:30 p.m. The rain date is July 5th.

Clark
The Independence Day festivities will be held on the lawn of the Municipal Building,
featuring rides, food and a DJ from 4 to 8 p.m. Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 9 p.m., across
the street at the high school.
