It's a funny way to describe the difference between two elected officials in Garwood...according to the Clark-Garwood Patch first-time Councilman Mike Martin, described as a "Regular" Garwood GOPer and returning Councilman Jim Mathieu a "Conservative" Garwood Republican" were sworn-in at the borough's re-organization meeting.
The rift in the Garwood Republican party came to head with a rare primary challenge in 2013 against Mathieu.
