Garwood Judge Stirs-Up Controversy, Denies Charges

Garwood's Municipal Court Judge is in hot water for allegedly acting unethically, a charge he and his attorney denies.
Judge Antonio Inacio is accused of trying to help a Garwood councilman's daughter skip Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, according to a report in the Star Ledger.


Judge Antonio Inacio, who serves as municipal judge for Scotch Plains, Clark and Garwood, says he at no time acted with any intent to violate the Rules of the Court, according to a report in the Clark-Garwood Patch.

The Garwood Councilman's name was withheld to protect the identity of his daughter, report says.
