Price Reduced for Site in Garwood's Northside District

The large lot for sale in what could eventually be the center of the Northside Redevelopment District has seen a reduction in its sale price, according to a listing on Weichert.com. The former Dundick and Sons site is now listed for $445,000, according to the site.

The 3,500 square foot building was previously listed for $475,000. The site is advertised as an Office/Warehouse with a 2 story showroom, a loading dock, parking lot and private offices.

The Northside Redevelopment District has been put on the back burner by town officials. The Borough Council is expected to revisit the issue at a future date.
