Breaking News: Garwood Annexed by neighboring Westfield


The Borough of Garwood has been disbanded and merged with Town of Westfield. Effective immediately all citizens are to report to Westfield Town Hall to receive their higher tax bill. The Mayor and Council have sought political asylum in Cranford. When asked about the town merger Governor Chris Christie said, "Where's Garwood?"

    I was hoping that it would Cranford - weren't we part of Cranford and Westfield before we became Garwood. So lets split the town - Northside goes to Cranford - South Side goes to Westfield. or we can split it Center/Walnut.
