The Westfield Area Y will be offering a new preschool program for children ages 3-4 in Garwood, according to an online report at nj.com. Organizers say the new program will offer children a blend of play, art, music and learning. The program will be offered as a half day from 8:45-11:15 a.m. or as a full day from 8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., five days a week. The program will begin in September at Lincoln School in Garwood and will then move to the new Y Garwood Family Center location at Washington School in Garwood, the report says.
