Garwood will Host Halloween Parade, Festivities this Month

BOO! It's that time of year again. Garwood will play host this month to the annual Lions Halloween Parade, and a Pumpkin Carving Contest.

This year's Halloween celebrations will have a bit more significance than usual, they are the first since Hurricane Sandy ruined last year's candy-loving holiday.
