Garwood's Crime Stats Updated More Regularly?

In the past, there's been some complaints in Garwood about real-time information from the police. That has greatly changed since the department re-launched its new website in 2012. And, it seems information flow from South Avenue will only get stronger in the near future if the State Police Department has its way. Crime stats and numbers in municipalities, like Garwood, will now be public on a near-weekly basis, State Police announced Friday.
According to State Police the numbers will be updated each Friday and show a yearly comparison by month. The reports will be found at NJSP.ORG.
