Garwood Police Stress Snow Removal Etiquette
In the wake of February's snow storm the Garwood Police Department offers a etiquette rule for neighborhood snow removal. On the Garwood PD website officers make it very clear (in all caps) that residents should not remove snow from their property and place it on someone else's. Don't you hate when someone does that?
Clear Warning from Garwood PD:
WHILE CLEARING SNOW AROUND YOUR PROPERTY, KEEP THE SNOW ON YOUR OWN PROPERY. DO NOT SHOVEL/PLOW/SNOW BLOW IT INTO THE STREET OR ONTO YOUR NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY.
