Garwood is Bargain-Wood!

16th Annual Town-wide Yard Sale! 

The weather looks like it will be cooperating as Garwood takes to its front porches, yards and driveways for the 16th Annual Town-Wide Yard Sale. There is a chance for spotty thunderstorms, but overall the weekend looks to be dry. The mega yard sale starts at 9 a.m on Saturday the 22nd. Saturday's sales will run from 9 am thru 4 pm. And if you can't make it on Saturday- no worries. Residents will also be selling their wares on Sunday September 23rd.

82 households have signed up to host sales this weekend.
Sales run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. A list of addresses for participating homes will be available at Borough Hall.


Borough officials say the town is ready to go! As in the past, organizers are asking shoppers and residents to refrain from sales or browsing before the 9 am start time. A list of participants and a map will be available at borough hall in Downtown on the days of sale.

For out-of-towners borough hall is located at the corner of Center Street and South Avenue in the heart of Garwood.
