Traffic Stop Nets Two Teens on Garwood’s 4 Ave on Northside

Two juveniles inside a car were stopped by Police on the Northside of town on July 25th. The driver and passenger with both charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, according to a report on nj.com. The driver was also charged with speeding and a provisional license violation, the report says.
The stop was made on the 500 block of 4th Ave at 10:36 p.m.
