Garwood Knights Holding School Supply Drive on South Ave

Those do-gooders on South Avenue are at it again! The Garwood Knights of Columbus are collecting brand new school supplies on behalf of the children of St. Joseph's Social Services Center in Elizabeth. The Knights suggest donating: pencils, pens, pencil cases, filler paper, notebooks: (marble, one, two, and five subject) rulers, crayons, coloring books, folders, binders, highlighters, scissors, staplers, staples, rubber bands, erasers, paper clips, glue sticks, art supplies, and of course- backpacks.
Donations can be dropped off after 4 p.m. weekdays at the Knights of Columbus Council hall at 37 South Ave. On Weekends please call after 2:30 p.m. Parking available behind the hall off Willow Avenue. For info call 908-789-9809 after 4 p.m.
