Annual Lions Club Senior Citizens Picnic Set for Garwood

Thanks to the local chapter of the Lions Club Garwood senior citizens have again been invited to a picnic. "Lions Club Senior Citizens Picnic" will be taking place on Saturday, September 8th at the Garwood Knights of Columbus Hall. The event kicks-off at noon. The menu will include hamburgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob, homemade clam chowder, beer on tap, soda and dessert, according to organizers. The picnic will take place rain or shine. Music will be provided for dancing. Admission is free to all seniors.
