Sold! Warmer weather tends to perk up the real estate market, and that may have been the case with two recent sales in Garwood. Two Southside colonials were purchased on Myrtle Avenue and Pine Avenue.
339 Myrtle sold for $324,900 and 302 Pine Avenue sold for $329,000, according to a published report.
Recently, 509 Spruce Street, 410 Myrtle Avenue and 15 Liberty Court also sold.
