Education Foundation of Garwood to Host Fundraiser
The do-gooders at the Education Foundation of Garwood need your help! The non-profit group that seeks to assist the borough's schools is having a fundraiser on April 26th. The Thursday event will include an appreciation dinner and an awards ceremony. This year's Garwood Educator of the Year is Heather Linken. This year’s Making a Difference Award will be given to John Conlin and Angelo Alimonte, both lifelong, devoted residents of Garwood, according to the EFG. A big thumbs up from the Garwood Smiley!
Tickets for the evening are $45 per person and are available for purchase from the EFG trustees or by calling 908-789-0331 ext. 1450.
