With the clock ticking down on 2010 it's time to make some personal resolutions. Town-wide resolutions are also important. Judging by 365's online poll bringing back bulk garbage pickup would be a good one.
Currently 75% of readers say the service should be brought back. Only 22% said eliminating it was a good way to save money.
