In Print: Westfield Y Extends Welcome to Garwood Residents According a a report on the Alternative Press Website the Westfield Area Y and the YMCA of the USA are trying to make more inroads in communities across the country- including neighboring Garwood.
Through its new brand strategy and framework, the Y will extend its reach into communities to nurture the potential of youth and teens, improve the nation’s health and well-being and provide opportunities to support neighbors, according to the report.
"The Westfield Area Y is truly excited about the new brand strategy and the opportunity to engage more people in the areas of healthy living, social responsibility and youth development," said Bonnie Cohen to the Alternative Press.
