Garwood Police Chief Winds up with Smaller Raise

Garwood's Police Chief Bruce Underhill is getting a 1.75% raise for 2013. The council passed the raise at a recent meeting, according to a report in the Westfield Leader. An earlier report said the Chief would be getting a 3.1% raise.

Underhill was selected as Garwood's top cop in 2011. Underhill was a Police Lieutenant before taking the job.
