Sorry Westfield, Garwood has attracted a nearby roofing business to the Industrial Center of Union County. The borough's zoning board recently approved the application, according to a report in the
Westfield Leader. The company, Powell's Properties will move to 210 North Avenue on the edge of Downtown. The owner says he will have a storefront office and small showroom.
