The borough's Planning and Zoning Board approved the Westfield Area Y's application to use the borough's shuttered Washington school as a preschool, daycare and fitness facility, according an article on the
Clark-Garwood Patch site. Some local residents said they were concerned about parking at the new facility, according to multiple reports on the meetings. The approval came last week.
