Police Arrest Out-of-Towners on Garwood’s Northside

They were sitting in car on North Avenue when their day was apparently ruined by local officers. Police approached the vehicle on April 26th and found, along with a 21 year and alcohol, a 20 year old from Elizabeth and an 18 year old from Newark, according to a report on nj.com. The two underage people were charge with possession of an alcoholic beverage under the legal age. It was unclear why the trio was in town.
