Mayor: Garwood did a Great Job Handling Irene
Mayor Quattrocchi showered praise on her borough's staff after, what she said, was a successful effort to get the town back to normal after Irene.
On nj.com's forum the Mayor posted, "Every last one of our employees did a great job. They delivered in some difficult situations."
