Looking Back: Garwood Furniture Store Boasts Big Discounts in 1984
Back on March 29, 1984 the Cranford Chronicle ran an ad from the R.G.V Company Furniture Showroom on North Avenue. The ad promotes a wallpaper and window treatment sale. The furniture store was located at 45 North Avenue.
Looking Back will be a monthly series in 2011 and will include old newspaper snippets from Garwood's paper of record- the Cranford Chronicle.
