In Print: Woman Touched Inappropriately in Downtown Garwood
A Westfield man was arrested after he reportedly followed two women into the L and J Liquor Store on Center Street on the evening of March 7th. Police say the man then touched the women inappropriately, according to a report on nj.com. Ryjon Burker of Westfield was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and for possession of suspected marijuana. The two women were from Bridgewater, the report says.
