Students are home again from school after the 7th Snowstorm of the season walloped Garwood and neighboring towns. The Department of Public Works asks that residents make way for its vehicles to clear the streets.
This is Garwood's 7th snow storm in the past 5 weeks. Official weather stats show this is the snowiest first month of winter in New Jersey in 62 years.
