Downtown Garwood 'Re-Thought' In a recent post about Downtown Garwood a reader commented that the area considered to be part of the 'walkable' section be expanded to include more of North Avenue. The fine tuning makes the borough's commerical section even larger, and therefore, even more of a potential rival to Westfield and Cranford. Check out the new map below:
