Northside Wish List: Coffee Shop?The Northside Redevelopment District (still without a nickname) is full of little gems that could someday be part of a new energized Downtown east.
The key town officials and developers need to remember is that they should keep as many of the currently standing buildings as possible.
When all the old buildings are torn down in a redevelopment district you get a sterile feeling with zero personality.
This building on North Avenue could make a great coffee shop. Can't you just see the people in the window sipping some joe? What do you envision?
