365 Feature: Still high? Still low?
You may have noticed a sidebar on 365 that showcases the most expensive home for sale in the borough and the least expensive home. The homes are referred as 'For Sale- high' and 'For Sale- low'. For the Month of September there has not been much change in the two. The highest priced home is listed at $559,900 on Willow Avenue. The lowest priced property is on South Avenue in Downtown Garwood-- its posted at $299,000. The two properties have held the top and bottom spot for most of the month. Let's see how they do in October.

ReplyDeleteThe other house was listed, when it was first built, at $619,000. I still have the sales flyer from the plastic box that was installed in front of the house back in (i think) 2005.
